    Meh. It'd be better if they weren't always out of stuff. 3/4 times they don't have the menu items I'm after. The last two times they didn't have meatballs. The servers were nice though.

    Subway is subway. The people who work there are what define the experience. Im from out of town, in the middle of ozark country.. either people are nice or subtly hateful due to my wife and i being a bilingual couple. Speak spanish in front of a southerner and they're either like: wow or they inwardly hate you for a myriad of reasons...

    I pass zero judgements on folks... but tonality, wait time to address your presence; all the key components of excellent costumer service in a subway are necessary for a 5... so i will let my 3 speak for itself...
