A bit messier than expected but oh so worth it with the amazing taste and presentation. Customer service was great as well. I cannot praise them enough!

Hands down the best Cajun food I've had outside of Lousiana. The bread was crusty on the outside, soft in the middle just like it should be. Had the Johnny and June 1/2 Po Boy and the Boudin Balls. I will absolutely be back. Some folks might reel at the prices-- but this man does not screw around. Everything that can be sourced locally, is. Everything else is carefully selected for both quality and authenticity. Beau will not steer you wrong, by the ticket and take the culinary ride. Every last bite was exceptional.

I have absolutely no idea how a Sonic, a Dairy Queen, and McDonalds can survive even a day next to Beau's Bayou food truck. It's like, "Hey, do you want squishy trash-burgers, or do you want the best cajun food in NWA made with care?" CLEARLY, this is the best-kept secret Farmington has. I shouldn't even tell anyone about it because the lines will get long and I'll have to wait, but DAMN. I can't NOT share this. The po-boys have that bread with light toasty texture on the outside and soft inside with what tastes like fresh catfish and shrimp. As someone who's spent years eating his way through NOLA, this food is top notch, even up there with my favorite, Parkway Poboys. And Beau's BOUDIN BALLS. Oh my god, I would fight to the death for these things. Crunchy deep fried, with rice, pork and cheese on the inside? Why should I ever eat anything else? And the sauce seems like an original creation. Never had anything like this! Hands down, this guy deserves to have his own 100-seat restaurant packed with hungry people who have never known how good Cajun can get.

tell you what people go by try his food talk to him he's the man I've had most of the items on the menu and he's always doing pop-ups by far the best food truck I have found in Northwest Arkansas I have seen him make his stuff homemade right in front of me the po boys are delicious the boudin balls are to die for go hit him up he's always posting specials on Facebook. social media is the biggest part of food nowadays and he's got it goin on awesome food awesome people hope he sticks around for a very long time I'm a dedicated every Tuesday customer. I've heard some people complain about the prices at first then after they try it it's so worth it because everything he makes is from scratch and is very good
I definitely recommend the seafood gumbo the pastrami Reuben Po Boy the chicken cordon bleu Po Boy the boudin balls pretty much anything on the menu.
You will be very happy that you tried this place it's in Farmington Arkansas right off of Highway 62 in front of the Bank of Fayetteville and green oak station. You will only have to find it once because you will be back it's a red trailer.
