Briar Rose Bakery & Deli

You can smell this delicious bakery before you even walk in the door! They offer yummy treats of all kinds: cinnamon rolls, breakfast croissants, cheesecake, cup cakes, and so much more! The cinnamon rolls are to die for! So tasty and the frosting is not overly sweet. Ham and cheese croissant was flaky and flavorful. The staff were kind and worked quickly to get orders out. I can’t wait to go back here and try more things!

Fabulous little secret in Farmington! Great sandwiches & pastries, and the outdoor dining is beautiful. The specialty butters, English Toffee & Salted Carmel, really caught my attention! ❤️

Our friends recommended Briar Rose and we are so glad they did. Holy cow, their pastries were excellent! The cinnamon roll game is on point and we didn’t have a pastry here we didn’t like. I had the spinach danish along with the ham and cheese croissant. Truly amazing flakiness and flavor. We had both savory and sweet options, I highly recommend sampling Both! We also sat under their grapevine patio. In the summer heat, it was an incredibly comfortable atmosphere while we caught up with friends and ate fantastic food. Definitely visit!
