Hardee's

We eat here for lunch. We work at the hospital. The staff are very friendly and efficient. They were very nice. One day they accidentally gave my hamburger to the person at the drive thru and in no time flat they had a replacement hamburger for me. It was fixed just the way I like it. (I hate onions) They apologized for the mistake. You have really amazing employees

Hardee is one of my favorite chains for fast food and it has been for decades. They do it right. My only complaint is sometimes they run out of sauce for the feature burger.

I personally love this franchise forget burgers here though they are passable however it's all about the biscuits and gravy for breakfast and the hot ham and cheese for the rest soooooo yummy!

I ate inside, which was a mistake. The interior is very dirty and clearly not kept up with. It makes me concerned about how dirty the kitchen could be and in turn how clean the food is. Also, I'm not sure if I just went in at a weird time or something, but they were clearly understaffed. There was only one woman working front of house that I could see and she was frantically trying to keep everything under control. This resulted in us standing at the register for a solid few minutes before we were helped and she could barely pay attention to what we were saying because she was constantly having to look around to make sure the restaurant was staying afloat. I felt very bad for her.

As far as the food goes, the burger was pretty good. I would consider it slightly above average when comparing it to other fast food burger joints. I like how they have the option of normal fries and curly, both of which were quite good.

So, in summary, the food is good, but pretty much everything else about my experience was pretty terrible. I would definitely recommend just going through the drive-thru.
