TLDR: Great food, great service, unique ordering system.
Food was great and I will definitely be back when I'm in the area. They have their famous beer battered fries and if you didn't know any better you would almost think it was a funnel cake, pretty interesting to say the least.
Our service was great. It was our first time there and our waiter took the time to go over the menu and tell us a little about the restaurant. The unique thing about this place is you place your order over the red telephone that's at your table. That was pretty neat.
We stopped in for lunch and my Wife and I split a platter containing the brisket, pulled pork, and ribs.
While everything was great, I would order the ribs next time only. They were fall off the bone tender and had great flavor without needing to add any BBQ sauce.
I enjoyed both sauces. The hot sneaks up on you a little bit with a punch, but not overwhelming by any means.
The ordering process was a little weird. You pick up a red phone at your table and "call in" your order. It is posted on the table with a sign, but honestly we missed it (our fault for not reading it). Luckly, we had a seasoned veteran near us who was nice enough to explain the process to us.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and we would certainly return again. Especially for more of those amazing ribs!
The food was delicious! The atmosphere was great! The service was fantastic. We didn't have to wait long and our drinks were never empty. Everything was homemade. Terrific
Food was good. Staff and service was amazing! The chairs we used had short legs but we're comfortable.
Best place for BBQ in Fayetteville. Came back 15 years later and still consistent. Stick with the classics like the pulled pork sandwich with coke slaw and a side of baked beans. Decor and style haven’t changed in decades. Love it!
