    Other than the 100000 people in line waiting to get coffee, this place is always good. Worth the wait for real.

    Very poor service - with 11 customers there was 9 orders sat on counter and no one picking them up. When asked if they were making any for the customers in there. The response was I don't know I'm only making them as they come to me. Well where are the ones that your felling there orders. And watched them retouch everything on counter to be picked up. While waiting I'm wasting time by looking around. And I noticed the tables that are closed off are dusty. Why has the daily cleaning not the same now. Think I'll pass on going back to the MLK Starbucks.
