Z's Brick Oven Pizza

In town on business. Had dinner here tonight and it was fantastic. The crust was great. Highly recommend.

Love going to this place! As soon as you walk through the door, everyone greets you and the staff is wonderful, Jarrod(sorry if it’s spelled wrong) is amazing as well he always makes it a point to socialize with the customers! I would totally recommend this place!

Z's where they make "Z Best Pizza".
Ok, I get that their saying is a little corny and cliche, but the pizza isn't.
I love going to Z's because their pizza is fresh (look at those attached pictures! Um.. yum!) and delicious. Here's a rarity: whenever we go to Z's, it's the only time we get a Margarita Pizza and not a Meat Lovers. Why? Because the dough is homemade and the crust tastes THAT good. The toppings are THAT fresh. Is the Basil living on a plant near the oven? I could make an argument for it.
Drool.
When we tried the Meat Lovers at Z's it reminded us of our trip to Italy and conversations we had with the locals.There, they don't pile up the toppings but it's very simple with the most fresh ingredients (often picked up that morning at a Farmer's Market). They're confounded by American pizza. "All you taste is grease!" and "There's no flavor!" Now, I'm not that crazy (love me some down and dirty greasy pizzas from time to time) but – because of Z's – I get it.
There are a lot of great pizza places here, but Z stands out for their ingredients and their passion for "Z Best Pizza".
