I was greeted by someone working the truck (should’ve gotten his name) but he went over the menu with me and my roommate, he was very helpful and give us samples of ‘Gooey Cake’ (super good!!). He suggested we try the spicy chopped brisket sandwich and it came with a side so I got Mac and cheese and got it. I also ordered chicken legs. The sandwich was a little too spicy taste wise, I liked the level of spicy that was on it but it over powered the brisket. The mac and cheese was a little dry but I still liked it. The chicken leg was awesome! $2 for a leg but honestly three of them could fill you up, that’s how big they are. I am definitely going back to try more of their meats but maybe I just wuss out when it comes to spice! Everyone is nice and overall the food is good!

The Brisket,ribs,chicken legs, spicy brisket ,wer3 the best!!! And then creamy Mac&Cheese, good flavor baked beans,and corn casserole were all so very good !!! Great southern food ! 100 %
And wait ! Don't think I'm done. You have to get the Gooey Pie ! Many awesome Flavors !

Haywood is available to explain all menu items in addition to making suggestions that may fit your mood. Everything is made or prepared fresh for Saturday and Sunday sales only. If you want a Ooeey Cake you better get there as soon as they open or you'll be out of luck.
Even though the baked beans and corn casserole were way too sweet for me, I enjoyed the conversation along with the meal. I had made a similar creation in regards to the Mac and Beans Bowl, but I didn't consider adding bbq to it. His son did excellent with accidental meal option. I definitely will return to check out the sandwiches and ribs. Sauce is served on the side in order for customers to enjoy the fusion of seasonings used to have your palate salivating for more.

Mrs. Mildreds Kitchen crew was definitely very kind and gave the most absolute wonderful hospitality with their services! I ordered thier brisket plate with loaded baked beans and corn casserole! And let me tell yall... the explosive taste between these three items was took me back when my family was cooking in the backyard kind of love. Their food demonstrates love within their cooking leaving your stomach and soul satisfied! I also ordered the Lemon/Blueberry ooey-gooey cake along with the chocolate walnut ooey-gooey cake. The cooks definitely got me loving it! I will be back again and this place I recommend 10/10 must try again!
