A new little gem in Fayetteville!
The food is flavorful and delicious. I would describe it as gourmet Mexican. The guacamole was huge and fresh. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. The staff is friendly and our food was served quickly at the perfect temp. The owner also came by our table to check on us and our food.
Our party was not aware that they closed at 8pm and accidentally stayed until 9 because we assumed that's when they closed 😬. They never mentioned that they were closing or made us feel rushed. In fact, it wasn't until we got home and googled the hours that we realized we had stayed an hour past closing. The staff was extremely gracious for allowing us to stay and making us feel welcome. We will definitely be back!
Please try this place out and support this new business ❤️
I used to go to this place when it was a Jimmy's Egg. They closed up and Queens opened some time later. My wife and I had excellent meals. Not your typical Mexican restaurant. I had shrimp tacos and my wife had a chocolatey Mole. I am not a food or restaurant critic by nature but it reminded me more of a modern Japanese kind of establishment. No long lists of tacos or burritos. But, very good upscale meals. At first I thought I would rather be in the traditional Mexican restaurant but as the meal went along, I became a convert and anticipate many meals at Queens in my future.
Very nice, clean restaurant. The salsa is to die for as well as the queso. Hubs for fajita tacos and I stuffed avocados (which I've only eaten at La Huerta)
They used corn tortillas for hubs tacos which took him aback at first, but he said the combo was delicious. My stuffed avocados were good. They had good flavor and were cooked well.
At the door they have a giant throne and tiaras, so I can see this being a fun place for girlfriends too!
We had a fun and delicious dinner here. Chips and salsa are so good. Our server, Lorena, gave great suggestions. Definitely order the spicy margarita called the the la picosa and the enchiladas suizas. The kids has chicken and waffles and it was literally my favorite waffle…ever.
Beautiful restaurant staffed with professionals who possess great customer service skills! Javier was my server & I couldn’t have asked for better service- fast & attentive! The food presentation was spot on and the chips/salsa, street tacos, & dessert were all delicious! Highly recommend this restaurant! Pics below.
