If you have never been here you really are missing out, the food here is cooked to order as stated in the menu. Yes you have to wait for good food, and I think a lot of people don’t care either, because I know they are busy and stay busy. They have great breakfast food and lunch specials to die for. The people that own the place is very kind and genuine people that would do anything for anyone. People need to think about what they say before being not so nice.

Absolutely the best burger in this little town. No one can compare to this hand pressed burgers also the best fries and been many places and have never heard of the fries they have, you must try this place out. You won’t be disappointed at all I know our family of 5 wasn’t.

I went today after reading reviews of the owners being rude and I just want to say they are the nicest people I’ve ever met. They truly have a very busy done well business for themselves and seem to be very involved in the community. The food was very good and I don’t have any complaints and every person that was in there as well seemed to be taken care of very well. I’m sorry but people can never be happy no matter how well someone does but Mel’s Diner keep up the amazing work your doing.

This place is awesome they have some of the best breakfast I have ever had. The early bird special will fill you up. They treat you like family and you will never leave hungry.

Wow. The sign outside says "Best Burgers" they forgot to mention how great the fries were too. I am from out of town and found this wonderful, retro diner. I had the double patty melt and it was to die for these burgers are handmade patties cooked to perfection. Definitely be back before I leave town next month. Everyone is so friendly, GREAT JOB!
