Big Chicken

I've been here a few times and I think it's a good spot. However, the reviews I've seen about the food lacking CAN be true. Its a hit or miss. I've had the BBQ, Ultimate, and Nashville hot chicken sandwiches. The BBQ chicken and Nashville hot was made fresh and good, but when I had the Ultimate sandwich it just wasn't fresh at all and had hardly any toppings on it. I think it depends what time you go (lunch rushes etc. or it may just be random). The fries were amazing once, decent once, and just not great and not fresh once, so the fries are hit and miss as well. I will say though, the Nashville hot sandwich is one of my favorite sandwiches ever I love it. The drinks are not your typical known brand and can be mediocre/watered down tasting. The one time I went in the store there was a guy with the biggest smile and brightest personality I've seen. It may just be faked for customer service but it made me feel at home there. The price is a little steep, but not unmanageable. Overall I'd say give it a try as when everything is fresh and at its best, it's honestly one of my favorite chicken sandwich spots. And definitely try the Nashville hot!!!

I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich combo and upgraded my drink to an Oreo shake. The order was about $18 and wasn’t really worth it. Not sure what’s the hype about this place. The chicken sandwich is average at best. The Oreo shake is no good. Not sure if it’s because they use soft serve or the creamer that they used to blend it altogether, but that shake is not it. Took a few sips from it to and ended up trashing it.
The only really good thing about this place is the customer service and the restaurant has a great vibes.

I love fried chicken. It’s hard to find in NWA. I don’t like Slim’s or Cane’s. I had doubts about this new place, but I didn’t have anything to lose by trying. Co workers said to try the grilled cheese, so my husband was intrigued to get that. I wanted to see how good the fry was on the strips before purchasing a sandwich. So, I got the 5 strip combo. Our food arrived super hot and fresh! My husband’s sandwich was gigantic!! The fry on my strips was well seasoned and fried perfectly! Juicy, tender, and delicious! We also loved the sauce choices. BC sauce and chipotle bbq together was nothing short of awesomeness. Good job team! You did a wonderful job. Kudos! See ya soon.

Food is just lacking when it comes to a good overall flavor. Staff was very nice. Everyone was working great as a team. Place was very clean. Out of all chicken places I've been to I would say this one is at the bottom of the list when it comes taste.
