“The atmosphere of this place is great. The food is VERY niche so make sure you check the menu before you go. There are so many good things about the place and I've heard many people say great things, but I think we just caught them on an off day! I gave them 4 stars because my "not French toast" was burnt which also made it dry and it took a very long time to get our drinks. The coffee I had was the Lavender Rose Latte and it was pretty decent but took at least 10-15mins to get and they were only moderately busy. My friend got hot tea and waited 20 minutes for it.”

“The BEST Salvadoran food and cutest little grocery store! I’ve been going here for years, and there is nothing more authentic than La Despensa Latina - HANDS DOWN. Their pupusas are made fresh everyday and by the most hardworking, attentive staff. Their tacos and breakfast plate is also amazing, and they have a great selection of bottled/canned drinks too. It’s the perfect place to stop for a quick lunch or a casual dinner with family. The owner is super sweet and doesn’t speak English, but that shouldn’t be a reason not to go. For those leaving a bad review because of the language barrier and communication, please be graceful to these small, authentic businesses! It’s not very common, and quite rude, in other countries to make 100 alterations to authentic meals when these businesses are trying to preserve their culture and bring their food in the most authentic form. If you’re vegan, vegetarian, or have any sort of dietary restrictions, PLEASE do your own research first before trying to eat at an authentic restaurant before you complain about the food. Leaving a review due to the communication/language barrier is just unforgiving, and everyone is truly just trying their best. I highly recommend this place, and it’s a great way to immerse yourself in another culture and practice your Spanish!! I have heard a lot of good things about them, I showed up on a Thursday morning at 5 minutes till 7:00 to try what I consider to be the determining factor for a donut shop, the glaze donut! I was shocked to be told that they didn't have any glazed donuts today. I instead tried their apple fritter which was pretty decent however I wouldn't say it was as good as other as I have had at shops like daylight donuts. Nonetheless very good and fairly friendly.”

“Cute place, kind and friendly staff. And the food!!! Everything was 10/10. The salad was so crisp and refreshing! We also had the beef stew and the fried chicken sandwich. Both were perfectly done.. I’m not sure what seasonings were used for the breading and fries but holy moly they were phenomenal. I also love that this restaurant supports our local farmers and ranchers and focuses on sustainability. They are everything a restaurant should be in my opinion. I will most definitely be back!”

“Must try food truck especially if you love or are a fan of pupusas. If you have not tried Pupusas you have to try them. We order four different kind, got home and cut and divided then by fours and distributed among three people and we had left overs which was awesome, because my other two family members that didn't get to go with us for lunch, they got to sample our left overs. And they were completely satisfied and the sauce that comes with it was enjoyable. I recommend the rebueltas, frijol y queso, queso y espinaca, and azasa con queso. But I am sure they are all very good. I hope this food truck receives lot of business and recognition.”

“I would have gave this place 5 stars. But there were two things that weren't ok with me. One people that came in after us were getting their food first. They ordered at the counter same as us. And second their ice cream machine was down. It is late spring/starting of summer. After a baseball game sitting in the sun it is a treat to get a cone after dinner. I was disappointed to find out their only offering was pie. Their pie is good don't get me wrong we just wanted ice cream. Ended up going to another fast food restaurant and getting a cone. On a positive note our chicken sandwiches were hot and their fries were better than a local competer than claims to have the best fries in their commercials. I would rate their fies at this location than the restaurants name that starts with an M.”

I ask for something so very simple, love you guys and the food etc. But I love enjoying my food with the one extra thing I ask for….SALSA Yes 3 stars for Salsa My receipt requests extra salsa (x3) That request is out in from your app. I even request it again from the carhop/drive thru associate. I open my bag and to no surprise. 1 salsa, maybe 2 on a RARE occasion. Guys if I got my food in 20 seconds that’s one thing but there is nothing quick about it that we can’t read the receipt on the bag used to verify customer/ lane/ vehicle/ and most Important their order…..you guys are better than this! Oh and Straws…always missing a straw.”

“We love this place! I had never had Honduran food, but we have had several options from their menu and loved every one of them. My favorite so far is probably the "nachos" (not sure what it is actually called) but it has fried bananas on the bottom and topped with all kinds of goodies and pork chops.
