“We went here because we had been told by our brother that they had good catfish (as well as other things). The brother was right! Catfish was very good and reasonably priced. We literally walked out of a different catfish place earlier that day because the catfish was way overpriced, but this place was right on with prices. I also got to try the pulled pork which was good as well! My sides were good, including the fried okra, the hush puppies were tasting great, and the fries were good. The fried pickles were a very good appetizer! I also like the atmosphere. Being a Christian, I loved that they were not afraid to put up Christian decorations. We are already talking about wanting to go back and try something else, like the ribs.”

“This hidden gem is worth the time and/or drive. We arrived just after they opened on Sunday. There is a long hall for the times when they are busy. You pay as you enter (military and senior discounts). The buffet starts immediately. Lots of southern fried choices. A very reasonable price for the quality and amount of the food. “Amazing place with amazing food and staff. Stopped by with a buddy on the way to Little Rock for a concert and was definitely not disappointed. Their prices are great and fair. The food is even better. Buffet starts after 5pm and is well worth the wait if you get there a little early. Staff was extremely nice. The environment was awesome. It was like going back in time about 20 years where everyone said excuse me, thank you, started short conversations and was just overall a pleasant experience. I had started to lose hope in people having manners still but this place is proof there are still some great people out there. I'll definitely be going back.”
