Our favorite place to get a good Hibachi! Price is great, portions are so generous, the taste is really top notch! Taste is comparable to Fiji’s Japanese Steak house but I’d go as far to say that it’s even better and without making the drive there! We always get the Combination fried rice and me and my husband can eat off one plate and get full. Needless to say, they have won us over and have faithful customers for many more years 😁
Love the food and the portions!!
This is better than sit down hibachi. You get a ton of food and it is consistently delicious
Awesome food at a great price. The portions are very large. We normally buy 2 of their dinners for my wife, our 2 kids and I to split. Teriyaki chicken is my favorite. $8.50 after tax and I have enough food for 2 meals.
Having recently moved to the Russellville/Dardanelle area I have been visiting some of the local spots and one of them happened to be Taro Hibachi. I read most of the reviews prior to visiting the establishment. Since it had great reviews I wanted to stop by and try some of the local cuisine. It isn't a restaurant, rather, its a food trailer nestled beside the Valero gas station or at the far end of the Walmart parking lot on the north side. For me, it wasn't what I was expecting. It was "good", not great, not fantastic, but just okay. Since there are few restaurants in town I'm assuming most reviews are based off of what the locals think by what is available and comparing this to the rest. I've tried the egg-rolls and though they were good they weren't exactly spectacular. I've tried both the chicken and steak options. In a nut-shell, you get a ton of rice and if you order the chicken, you will get plenty too. Going for the steak option was a let-down and I would consider it minimal while comparing it to what you receive, if you order the chicken. The chicken was a let-down too, although the portion was large. I would liken it to thawed chicken rounds, cooked or heated, and then covered in what is presumably Teriyaki sauce. All in all, it was okay, but nothing fancy.
