Absolutely ridiculously delicious falafel!! Huge, fresh, hot, crispy outside n moist n tender inside falafel balls, seasoned perfectly. All in a freshly made, chewy pita bread, not that stale, hard pita one usually gets. Love the tahini sauce but the garlic sauce was sublime. I tried hard to eat it all but it was way too big. Can't wait 2 try the other items. Wonderful addition to Alameda!

Ate here for the first time today and we'll definitely be back! The workers were such sweethearts, the food was delicious, right on point and hit the spot! The spices on the chicken were yummmmmm. Thank you so much and best of luck with your new venture!

The food is delicious and totally worth the cost. The staff was really sincere for the long wait since they were extremely busy with orders. The set up is very nice, the decorations are middle eastern themed especially the patterns and lights. They are trying their best and hopefully their business grows :)

This spot was home to CookieBar now on central ave. I came by after a visit to Donut Petit. Seating accommodation is same as cookiebar with the exception of food counter and glass guard panels. One menu with three base and three style if you pick pita it's normal price, but of you get rice or salad you pay extra USD$2.50. The workers seemed quiet kept to themselves absolutely no greetings of whatsoever. I was alright with that as long as the food is good, but even that missed the mark.

I got beef pita didn't come close to what I anticipated and looking forward to. The beef was completely dry out like leather not even a droplet of natural juice can be wring out. The fixings were tomato, lettuce, cucumber, onion loosely place inside with little care at least veggies taste crisp and fresh. I assume I came at the wrong day or wrong time whatever the case is I don't think they're ready for prime time. I wanted to rate them at four star, but it just didn't happen and it didn't want to happen for me. Value and quality was absentee. Bad luck or something more? Not all hope is lost here though. What I like here isn't the food, it's the stainless steel Axis gas vertical broilers with 4 burner BTU 4000+ 176 lb capacity machine, a food industry professional grade machine. Don't ask how I know, I just happened to know my stuff because I had one before. That's a great machine to have and I know they will get it together and when they do I'll return and try again.
