Nudoru Ramen & Asian Cuisine

Gotten the ramen. New place. Seems off to solid start.

Very satisfying large bowl of ramen.

I didn't know nudoru existed until I walk over to Lucky Supermarket. Sadly, it was only three hour operation during soft opening week from 11:30 to 2:30 I miss out that day. This weekend I vow to return before heading home to vegas. I'm not sure what was here before, but the interior look fresh, simple, and modern not much decor just painted 2×4 wooden see through frame, linoleum floor tiles, and matching furniture. Seating is plenty including a bar that seat six and alcohol is said to be coming soon.

Service is good menu and water given under a minute of sitting down order was taken quickly as soft opening menu gave me limited choices. I got donkochu ramen (pork broth base) bowl came timely and piping hot drool-worthy before even touching it. I know it's soft opening so I won't be too hard. Broth is tasty and flavorful not as rich as it should be with pork bases broth. Noodles are straight, thin have some flavors and cling to broth well. Chasu was generous with three thick pieces, but tough to eat very chewy and hard seemed like cut up last minute toss in bowl without much cooking involved. Half boiled egg wasn't given and no where to be seen (see photo) I didn't realize this until finish and left, but it's listed on menu taken away from me after placing order or else I would've caught it. I am thankful for korean wing given to sample probably will get that on next visit. Lastly, that ladle soup spoon isn't effective, it's too short and heavy people with big knuckle will have difficulties. Grand opening is Dec 9. Base on this visit there is potential here, but server must acknowledge what's available and what's not kitchen and server need to work together on communication.
