I would give them a 5 star, but the service is slow and the people are not friendly. No one smiles or nice. Parking is a hassle as well since you cannot park in the lot next door. The other businesses will tow your car away. The food is very good and reasonably priced for the quality. If they improve customer service, they would bring in more business.

Great place to come for spicy food. Any dish on the three-page menu can be ordered at a "spiciness level" of 0 to 3, ranging from none to pretty extreme. Everything was good, except the service was a little slow and it seemed like the people next to us did not get their order correct.

Would recommend 毛氏红烧肉 (Chairman Mao's braised pork) and the 外婆家炒湯圓 (Fried rice ball with sweet black sesame filling)

Authentic and spicy Human cuisine. It is spicy, really, which is what a Hunan restaurant is supposed to be like. Convenient to reach as it has its own parking lot. The food would make any flaw it has less irrelevant. But be prepared if you have a weak stomach as the food is really spicy.

Finally a good restaurant at this location. Hint: Hunan food is spicy! Don’t come here if you don’t like spicy food! If you do, it’s really, really good.
