Finally a truly healthy place to eat! Brown rice, broccoli and salmon. Fish was great and not dry. I get dry salmon at most places for twice the price. I love this place!

I really like that urban plates is not trying to hard to be too fancy. Solid flavorful food that is really good. I have had the tuna and it's super good and safely caught. So many places are trying to be artisanal and just plain snobby. Urban plates is a nice balance between nice, quality food and casual but nice atmosphere.

Cafeteria style dining with lots of great options as well as freshly prepared seasonal salads. Offers tasty desserts and delightful drink choices. Only con is I love my food piping hot and food is served more warm than hot.

The food is good. It is fast, clean, and very convenient. There is a variety of food options prepared right in front of you. It is more cafeteria style but that is kind of nice. You can see what you're getting before you actually order. You can even try before you buy with samples.

Flavors were pretty good for cafeteria-style service. Friends didn't like their food as much as I did, in particular the grilled chicken and turkey meatloaf were dry. I had the steak which seemed to be mechanically tenderized and was supposed to be served medium rare but probably due to being under heat lamps too long ended up being medium well. Protein portions were OK but they did load up the plates with the sides which was nice.
