Pieology Pizzeria

This is one of the Pieology chain of restaurants. It has pretty much the same menu as all the others. I've eaten here a few times and the experience was the same, they are not well organized and things are often confused on the line. They get the orders right though. I only had sausage, mushroom, extra cheese, on a PieRise crust with herb butter and red sauce. The pizza was not crispy enough, particularly in the center, and is very watery and oily in the center. Most of the other locations are better.

The Price is Right, the pizza is good, they have lots of ingredients and there is really no limit to the amount that you can have put on your pizza.

Build your own pizza! I like that and you can add more or less. And very good. the thin crust is good. They are big for one person but then you have leftovers!! This Pieology a little hard to find. Will go again.????????

Great food. A sassy employee here and there. But everyone else was great! It's a little difficult to get a hold of anyone there when you call. Maybe there's an email to help answer questions?

Since you build your own pizza you are the one to blame if you don't like it. :) For me the thin crust is the best. Ingredients are OK. Fresh basil and cilantro don't look as fresh. The service was good but the tables and disposal station were kind of messy. Some of the people are friendly, one meats guy was impatient, others just neutral.
