Love their customer service..

Great new location. Restaurant is clean and great atmosphere. Staff was friendly and fast with service. Location has a computer order/payment option at the front for those in a super hurry. Lots of parking, but it's a busy center....so parking goes fast. Handicap accessible.

Typical fast food it serves it's purpose, although this one is smaller than most.

The gang at the Dublin Fallon Gateway Taco Bell is on point. It's one of the most packed Taco Bells at certain hours on certain days. That's my only complaint. Orders can take a long time on these particular times and days. Guess what? That's okay because everything at this taco bell is done with quality, make the order as quickly as possible, served fresh, and done so as humanly possible during these mad rushes. When these orders are placed and made without a rush.... this taco bell is without a doubt the best one i have been to in all of the east bay since I had my first go back in the 80's n 90's in Berkeley, Richmond, and El Cerrito. No matter the wait time, the order was distributed evenly with all of the ingredients. It's taco bell, what did you expect in terms of taste etc. The point is, the orders were not skimpy. My only gripe was that I ordered 4 crunchy tacos with beans added and unfortunately the cashier got lost in translation and only added the beans :(
Other than that, this taco bell is clean, good service, the folks that prepare the orders are bosses, and I got to Live Mas!

Good food as always. No drive-thru. That's part for the course up here in Dublin. Very tiny boutique style restaurant. I don't know if it's trying to be trendy but it's really not doing that well despite its best efforts.
