Hana Japan Steak House

We are regular weekly customers here. We love this place and specifically this location. Normally our food is really good. Today, our cook didn’t interact at all and we had guests from Canada that we brought. Hoping they would be entertained. My steak was cut in huge chunks and undercooked that I almost choked. I didn’t even bother finishing the entire steak. I love the other chefs. They are truly amazing and all staff is attentive. Drinks are good, pours are great too!

The service was excellent, from walking in the door to packaging leftovers, the staff is very attentive.
The soup, could use a bit of flavor, adding soy sauce helped. The salad was fresh, my pet peeve is that the dressing is always served in a small gloop, on the side of the bowl. But it was flavorful.

Now, the real reason to go to, Hana, the chef and the cooking... Amazing!
Our chef was funny, full of personality, attentive. Respectful of of the ingredients. The end result: delicious!

Even better than the food was enjoying the company of the family ???? that was seated next to us. We talked way beyond the meal, we're Facebook friends now!

So go for the food, stay longer for the company! ????????

I’ve been going here for over 20 years ... great service and amazing food. Hella recommend the fried rice with ginger sauce (you’ll thank me later!)

Overall experience was nice. The chef was friendly and engaged everyone at the table. The food was flavorful and worth the price. A full bar is also available.
