    I got the Fujiwara ramen as is. Chashu pieces are huge and so tender... like fall off the bone smooth tender. Broth was good but for some reason tasted slightly bland. The chicken karagi was crispy and super tender.

    This place has awesome service, and the food was awesome. The location is optimal, and I'm actually surprised that it's not more crowded. Personally, I love the Black Garlic Ramen.

    fujiwara replaced Osaka Ramen, which used to be my most favorite ramen, so I like felt not good, but when I went to Fujiwara for the first time, the food was just as good as Osaka Ramen, possibly even better. The broth has lots of flavors, the noodles taste great, and I really enjoyed the food there. Just staring at images of the food there makes me hungry. Great food, I recommend you go there
