I signed up for meals starting the keto diet right after moving to CA. It was the best decision! I was introduced to amazing food and Mary is such a beautiful soul, caring and genuine! If you are starting a health journey, she has different plans to fit your needs.
Within a week I lost weight, my joints felt better and I feel better equipped to continue on a keto journey.
Mary's Keto Kitchen makes some amazing food. I am so surprised that Keto food can taste so good. We have tried the pizza and it is fantastic. Ingredient rich and the sauce is fabulous. Her food is a must have.
It's really hard to find good Keto options, but Mary's WIDE VARIETY covers everything! There will not be a dish that you will not love. The bread is homemade (everything is) and you can tell that only the BEST ingredients are used.
You won't find a more dedicated chef. Friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly ACCOMMODATING! I would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to improve their diet and health while enjoying the best tasting foods!!!
I am a longtime customer of Mary. She makes excellent keto dishes and is an absolute wizard in the kitchen. I like all of her foods, but my personal favorites are her lamb chops and moussaka. I guess it's the Greek in me. Five Stars for Mary's Keto Kitchen. I highly recommend it.
We ordered few party size dishes from Mary for our team training in SF because few of our attendees were on Keto. I am not on Keto so I was not happy when my managemnet asked me to order food from her kitchen. Her food blow my mind because i could not tell her foods are keto. Everything taste so good and we all enjoy her magic. She also included the macros on each dish
