Great restaurant. The sushi is delicious, the service is great, the wait is long but worth it! Parking is awful.

If you can truly appreciate the subtle nuances taken to carefully prepare sushi , this is the place for you. The presentation of my meal lacked all the pomp and flourish that more well known locations use to cover quickly cut and hurriedly prepared food. Satomi has nothing to hide, in true Japanese minimalist fashion they serve fresh delicious perfectly slice meals.

Great find! Even though we're on the other side of the bay, we decided to stop here on our way to Berkeley and we were not disappointed. We barely missed the rush, so we were seated immediately. The service was quick and easy since we already knew what we wanted. Our waiter checked in with us multiple times and made sure our water was filled, etc. The sushi was tasty, no complaints and the prices were reasonable. They have a punch card, so hopefully we can come back a few times and try out other rolls and feel it out more.

Good place for sushi from a local establishment. It is fun to try their varies-style of sushi. Prices are reasonable and the location is convenient. At times, the small strip mall is crowed; therefore, we’ve had to park in the neighborhood but that is more exercise to burn-off the delicious food. Sometimes, my son asked me to do a pick-up order for him and they always have it read by the time I get to the resturannt.
