    This place was awesome, the food was great and I will definitely be back if I am in the area . We came from Chicago to las angles and drove to San Francisco . We had a real bad experience in another afghan restaurant Azeen's afghan restaurant in LA . We weren't sure if should go for afghan food anymore but a friend suggested we should give this place a try and I am very glad we did . It was very nice food and they weren't cheap on food and it is affordable too.

    Great food. Lamb and ckicken combo is awesome. Everything you get tastes really good.

    Good food, great taste. Very busy restaurant. Service is slow. Full course meal. Files you up.

    We had the Bolani-like appetizer with leaks inside and it was incredibly delicious, fresh and full of flavor. We also had the butter squash dish and lamb shank with brown rice and both were superb. This is the freshest and most delicious Afghan food I have had in recent memory. The place has a cozy feel and friendly wait staff; I agree that the wait time was a tad lengthy but what do you expect from freshly prepared food? It's worth the wait.
