    I had the bratwurst on a bun with the German potato salad. The sandwich itself was really delicious and the German potato salad was excellent as well, though different from most American varieties you might come across. I would have had a nice beer to wash it down but I had to get back to work.
    Highly recommended.

    Awesome German deli with a small market attached. I went with a group and wasn't really in the mood for sandwiches, but the sandwich was so good, it actually hit the spot! The market is full of imported German treats, food, and beer. The outdoor seating is also nice for sunny days :) the owner is from Hamburg and is very nice.

    Old world, no frills, mom and pop-type place. Feel at home right as you sit to eat. Can stay a while by yourself comfortably. Good food and hospitality.

    Got the best corned beef here. Delicious! Picked up some necessary items for some home German cooking. Things I can’t get any where else in Fremont. Live this little deli!

    I always love coming here. you always feel like it's overpriced until you take your first bite of a sandwich. Do you realize what a deal you made.
