We had Duan Chun Zhen beef noodle in Cupertino before, so it was great to see they stretched out to the east Bay.
The flavor was just as good as the one in Cupertino— the soup was great and the braised plate was delicious.
We would definitely come back again!
The beef soup and the chicken soup are both pretty good. It is on the more condensed side versus the clear ones, and personally I like them. They give quite a large portion of meat, although the veggies are a bit lacking. The noodles are a bit too hard. I'd say it not the best in town. Nonetheless the flavors are pretty good. And it is pretty pricey
Great beef noodles! Best I had so far in the bay area! Authentic taiwanese flavor and dishes. Forgot to take photos for the best dish - pork chop fried rice!
This is the second US branch of beef noodle eatery chain from Taiwan. I had the classic tendon/meat combo with hand-cut wide Soup base is flavorful and mildly spicy. This is about as close to getting Duan Chun Zhen flavor of Taiwan without flying there, but be aware each bowl of noodle will run you about $20 (as of 08/29/22).
