“Great quality but restaurant needs to ramp up on staffing before exiting soft launch. The dim sum classics here are great and freshly made. A few of the popular items were out though. Sticky rice was great too. 1) needs a numbering system to prioritize orders. The owner was just asking people what they ordered, resulting in a lot of inefficiency. 2) Also having some sort of text system to alert people when their order is ready might be good. A lot of people were just milling around waiting for their food. 3) warm oven for baked goods should be behind the counter so the packer doesn’t need to walk out every time 4) online ordering tied to inventory might help to save time over dealing with phone orders”

“Hotpot + bbq in one place. All you can eat. I love places that let you order on the ipads. I don't know whether it was because we were early for lunch or not but the service was SO fast. And the meat was good quality too. It was great. The only slightly inconvenient thing was that the sauce bar wasn't ready yet when we got there and had to wait a bit for them to set it up. However they did serve a free ice cream at the end of the meal and that was a nice addition.”

“Got a few items including an eggplant falafel and an illegal burger. Both were great. The illegal Burger was especially good. Fresh, juicy, everything you want in a burger. There are not a lot of burger places in Fremont so I'm thrilled to have this restaurant. Friendly service. I can't wait to actually dine at the restaurant some day, but for now, it's a great option for take out. Highly recommended!!!”
