    Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, and good Vietnamese food. Open all day.

    I cannot rave enough about this place. My girlfriend reintroduced me into Pho a year ago and we’ve been going to a location by her house in Fremont. One late night we looked for a place near my house here in Hayward and we stumbled into Hayward City Pho. The staff made us feel very welcomed. They are very quick with their service and their broth is hands down the best in the Bay Area. Get to know the staff, they love their reoccuring customers!
