Straw Hat Pizza

Placed order through Grubhub at 6:12pm. Food finally arrived at 9pm and was cold. Attempted to contact restaurant multiple times via phone. Each time they picked up the phone, they immediately hung up without speaking. Plenty of good places to get good pizza, I would avoid this place if at all possible.

Update @ 10pm: Sonia called and apologized profusely for our poor experience tonight and is going out of her way to make it right. Thank you for the call, Sonia! Rating raised from 1 star to 3 stars pending a future review/experience.

Great place for dinner with family, hanging out with big groups, having a party. They have video games to keep kids busy and a lot of tvs to watch whatever game NBA, NFL, MLB or NHL is playing. Pizza is good and we love that the salad bar is fresh, clean and has freshly chopped lettuce. Not bagged stuff.

This place is in a good location. They have a sports bar with lots of big screen T..V.'s They also have an excellent game room for kids as well as adults. Great for parties or watching sports. The inside is nice and clean and the employees are friendly. Great for all ages and all events. This place deserved 5 stars..

Great place for pizza and beer. They have a great variety if beers o too and a good sized room for entertaining. Pizza was delicious.

I really like the way this place is setup. The atmosphere has a good vibe, the place is clean, and the staff is attentive. On top of that, Straw has pretty solid pizza and wings!
