most of the experiences I've had here have been good. The boba tea is good and for a good price. One thing I do not like is that they sometimes allow a homeless man to come in and harass the customers. Other than that, the service is quick and the food tastes good.

This place is the home of my comfort food and drinks. They're not the best in town, they don't seem to be aiming for that, but they are reliable when it comes to taste. It reminds me of the times when I was in middle school, broke, and hungry. And there was nothing better than a sugar-filled jasmine milk tea that you bought with the $3 you had left. This place always lifts my spirits after a long day and the craving for boba is real. And here in Hayward this is the place. No frills, just good drinks and warm food. Anything fancier than that really doesn't fit the Hayward scene that I know.

Drinks is not as good compared to other milk tea place.but parking is easy n service is fast.

This place has waaay too many items to choose from on the menu, but whatever I end up getting is always good.
