(February 19, 2019, 5:06 pm)This place has been my go to for years. The flavors are great, but i constantly have to ask for soft pizza. Otherwise it arrives too crusty, or over cooked. Sometimes even already cold.

(December 16, 2018, 6:29 am)We have ordered pizza many times from here. I wasn't sure if I should give a two star or three. This USED to be an almost five star place. We used to love the fresh hot pizza delivered to our house. Now it takes over an hour to arrive and the pizza is not hot. Tonight we actually microwaved our "fresh, not so hot pizza". This was sad and disappointing. NY Pizza has been our go to pizza place for years. I'm not sure what changed. I can say... the toppings, cheese and crust is still as good as it was before. It's just much better when it does not arrive cold.
