Great ambience and nice servers. Food and drinks were excellent. We were a large party so we started off with fried green tomatoes, fried dill pickles, cajun shrimp and spare ribs that were so tender and juicy they fell off the bone! All appetizers were the bomb. For my entree I ordered shrimp and grits which were delicious. I would order them again, but there were so many other dishes I want to try! I ordered the peach side car which was also good and I would get that again, except, like the entrees, there were other drinks I want to try! Needless to say I'll be back again for dinner. And I can't wait to try their brunch!

Saw this place while driving in July, finally driving home from work I wanted a drink. The Basil Gimlet is ????. The food menu looked amazing and I wanted like everything, but I settled in the fried chicken, Mac and cheese and greens. It was great! My first time there and it felt like I had been coming for years. Stephanie the Bartender was so cool and had great hospitality. I will definitely be back. Maybe even a regular. Also, there were 2 TVs at the bar with the game on and my Lakers were playing so everything was perfect. I had everything I needed. Good food, good drink and basketball. What else you need? ❤️????????

I have NEVER eaten food so tasty, it was absolutely AMAZING!! The drinks were great too! The owner, Michael, was such a joy to chat with about everything from the awesome bread pudding on the menu (amongst many other delights!) to his choice about coming to the great city of Hayward. I can't recommend this place enough!!

If you want fancy in Hayward. Great food, reasonable prices (for fancy). Corn bread is excellent, rib eye and braised short ribs were also great. Would definitely return.
