I love the food but sometimes the wait when there's no one else in line is ridiculous

Great chicken as always! Been going there for many, many years and it is always just as good as the last time. Not really an eat-in place, but a quick take-out place.

Well I was lucky enough to get some chicken the other day, and I'm glad I kept trying because it was really good. Not overly seasoned and not at all greasy, but still juicy inside. So I am raising to 3 stars, I would have gone 4 for the food but since it took 6 tries to get any chicken, I'm staying with 3.
My advice, assume they are out of chicken and call ahead every time, unless 20-30 minute waits are ok with you.

No chicken - no stars. 4 times now, no chicken. They want me to wait 30 minutes every time. I would rather give them an honest review of their food but since they are unable to provide any, I am left with few choices.
So if you really want to check this place out, call way ahead and cross your fingers and maybe you'll get some chicken, so far I haven't been lucky.

I have been coming here for more than 15 years. I don't know how many more but I have a picture of my son with a handful of Cesar's spaghetti in his hands (and all over his head) from 15 years ago and the place wasn't new to us then.

This is good old fashioned fried chicken. The breading is thin and crispy and clings well to the chicken (doesn't all come off with your first bite), it is seasoned and has a richness of flavor I don't usually find in fried chicken. They have multiple packaged arrangements and will do things not listed on the menu (like just a pile of whole fried chicken wings for my son).

This stuff is so good that I eat it for dinner hot and fresh, then I have it cold for lunch the next day, and then separate out the bones and warm up the remaining meat in the oven and use it to make fried chicken and waffles. Three days, three meals, and I would have had a fourth without complaint if I'd not run out of chicken.

This is not a place to eat in, there are only a couple of tables and then seating for people waiting for their orders. The only thing they serve that I'm not a fan of us their spaghetti and meat-sauce, but I'm particular about my red sauces.

Don't leave the food in the boxes for long, the boxes are waxed internally and the heat will make any of the breading get soggy with condensation on the bottom

The best!! The only reason I really have a job is so I can treat myself to some of their amazing fried chicken, ravioli and coleslaw! The atmosphere is a little weird, it accurately portrays itself as a to-go place, no where to eat in case you wanted to eat there except for one long table in the corner. A little sad because my next meal was supposed to be free through their phone number rewards system but they did away with it. The cashier wouldn't make the exception :( ????
