I am sorry this took me so long to write, but a couple years ago, my mom lived in the Hayward area. We often came to eat at this Sizzler because it was very near her adult group home. She has mental health issues and is very paranoid about people. I just want to let you, the owners know, that most everyone there was nice. But we always sat in Rogelio's section, because not only was he professional, he was also so nice about all my mom's weird requests for extra napkins, different plates, more this, more that. He was just ALWAYS nice to her. I really truly appreciate both his professionalism, and compassion. He is a decent human being.

The food here at Sizzler is good but the only thing I don't understand with them is they don't want to give you a box to put your food in to-go they would rather you just put it in some foil and take it out which is not right I had to go up and talk to the manager in order to get a box to put my food in because I did not want my baked potato in foil and my husband didn't want his mashed potatoes and foil so that's really the biggest problem with them other than that the food like I said was great they did run out of desserts that it was okay

This place gets very busy and still the service is good and the food is great. Good for families

Wow! Sizzler has improved! I loved the ambiance and the salad bar looked great. I just had their classic burger and fries and they were both very delicious. The burger was cooked medium rare with no cheese as I ordered and tasted great, very juicy. The fries tasted perfect with or without ketchup. They were soft but crisp and not soggy and with just the right amount of seasoning. Their ice water was nice and icy cool too. The sizzling soft red lights were fun! The staff were very hardworking, kind and polite. I'll be back. :)
