Good food, great service!

I was full when i was done eating. Good food. Nice staff.

Great, informal place for quick meal in a clean and inviting place. They have a big screen TV. A great variety of sodas that just can't ne found anywhere else. Like the Golden Cola that comes from Peru. You would expect a cola flavor but the bubble taste was a welcome surprise. I had the Hawaiian short ribs and my son had the Half and Half with chicken and beef. We had plenty of food to taste and share from each others plate. And the perfect amount of leftovers to make a great lunch. I say great job. Worth trying out. I know a lot of people that just hooked and loyal to this place.

Food is OK, service not so great...
My advice...know what you want or just be willing to try something without getting your questions answered.

It always amazes me that businesses trying to make a name and just survive in Hayward can have such crappy wait staff. I have been here 3 times now and when I have asked the same girl at cash register how something is, what’s her opinion, I get the “I dunno”, angsty teenager response.

Super customer service goes much, much further. Maybe that’s the owner kid up front working the register and if so, I’m sorry if the rating comes across rough, but seriously light a fire into them to be more energetic about helping us eat more of your food. Delivering Lackluster service usually never ends well for restaurants. Please take this as constructive feedback. I truly want you to do well and succeed.

...and have her wipe/clean the tables since she is standing there watching TV and checking her cell phone.
