Awesome meal prep and delivery service. Meals are delicious, always fresh, delivery is quick and reliable. I like in particular that you can track the delivery person to see exactly where they are and when they are scheduled to arrive. You can buy a la carte or customize your meals by protein, carb, veggie source and exact weight. Macros are provided on the site and on the label on each meal, so they are easy to track. The a la carte meals are delicious, macro friendly and have enough of a variety that you can keep your diet interesting and fun. From the customized meals I really like the organic chicken breast, that is always juicy, never dry. The steak is great too. Unfortunately they currently don't offer any white fish. So I can't use them for contest prep right now. This is a great choice though if you're on a meal plan, don't have time to cook, need meals delivered to work or just want to eat better and healthier. I love Local Foodz! Ingredients are fresh, service is affordable and convenient. Food is healthy and delicious! Super easy to order online and they can deliver to your house (for an extra fee) or you can pick up at different locations (for free!) The staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend everyone to try it!

I LOVE Local Foodz! I work long hours, and I'm exhausted and lazy when I get home, so meal prepping isn't something that happens in my house. Local Foodz is easy to order, and they will deliver right to my home or work, so I can know that I'm getting healthy fresh meals without having to spend hours in my kitchen. It's affordable, and I can get a wide variety, so I am not stuck eating the same thing each day. They have customizable meals, as well as specials that are updated often, so you have a wide variety of options. The ingredients are fresh, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the ordering and delivery options are extremely easy and flexible. I also like knowing that I'm supporting a small local business by doing what I need to do every day... eat!
