The tacos are insanely delicious and thoughtfully put together with ingredients that really compliment each other. I CRAVE them and am always keeping an eye out for where this truck will be. John is a super friendly guy and always has great customer service. Highly, highly recommend!!!!

(October 10, 2023, 1:27 am)I stumbled across this truck in San Jose when I was checking out a local brewery. What a find! The tacos were AMAZING! The chicken one was my favorite but all three I tried were a fusion of delicious flavors. To top it all off the owner, John, made great recs about a good beer to wash the tacos down with; dude is super chill and knows his stuff!
