Hummus Republic

This was fantastic after a day at the outlets. Healthy and fresh options. The earth burger is delicious, kind of like a falafel burger and they fry it to order so it was very nice and not dry at all.

I loved Hummus Republic in Livermore! Everything was so fresh and all the ingredients tasted very high quality. I took my bowl to go and thought maybe by the time I got home it would be soggy but to my surprise it traveled really well. Was planning on eating only half of it but ended up eating the entire bowl!!

I had the bowl with Lemon chicken over khous khous. Simply delicious. Even more so with the eggplant hummus and grandma’s spicy sauce. I am going again on the way to central valley next week. And bringing some home for my wife. Highly recommended!!

Went to this new restaurant over the weekend and had a delicious meal. Quality and flavor of food is awesome. All the ingredients are super fresh. Very reasonably priced and the portions are very generous. Decor and setup of this restaurant is very modern and upscale. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Food was very yummy. Friendly staff. Fresh flavors and fresh pita breads. Lots of choices of protein. Not too expensive either.
