Mockingbird

The food was fantastic, the service was great. The manager squeezed us because it was my friends birthday even though we didn't have a reservation. The dishes are interesting and creative, do not pass up on the fried brussel sprouts!

Good food and service. FYI appetizers are large/meant to be shared! Nice ambiance, can sit at the bar, with TV's to watch the warriors but also fancy enough for a date.

Food is excellent in tight quarters with a pleasant staff, worth coming back to. A bit of wait inconsistency; the table next to us felt stranded while we got our drinks & first courses. Otherwise a great find, not the best for large groups.

A unique and chic restaurant. The service is amazing and the food is the same caliber. Great for a date night or just a treat yourself night. I will say that I don't think the single dollar sign of price is right, should be a $$ or even a $$$. But that said it's worth the price for what you get. a great addition to the Oakland scene.

Mockingbird is an awesome/ hipster restaurant with very contemporary interior design. Lots of open space between tables and comfortable seating. Their menu has several unique dishes with top ingredients. The food is a bit pricy, but is deliciously worth it.

Staff is nice and flexible, allowing our dog (very quiet and well behaved) to stay with us under the table.

If I come to Oakland again, I will surely come by again. Great for meeting friends and business partners.
