Louisiana Fish & Chips

It's a small place, not much room to sit down and eat, it's mostly take out. But oh boy....the fish is BIG on flavor! And the portions are big too. The customer service is always great, ( yes I have been there quite a few times) and it has always been a pleasant experience.

Haven't been here in a while. Was in Oakland for a doctor's appt and felt a hankering for some Catfish. Went to Louisiana Fish & Chips as I used to eat here all the time when I worked in Oakland.

Got the Regular Catfish platter with a side of Cole slaw. The regular platter is plenty enough. You get 4 big pieces of catfish. Got my fill on and went to the doctor's appointment.

Love this place. Glad they are still in business! Been coming here since early 2000's

I love this place! The catfish is my favorite - but everything is good and the service is awesome. I used to go here every chance I got until I got a job too far away. Now searching for some place that matches their quality... haven't found one yet!

It's usually hot and very tasty. Reasonably priced. I believe it's a intelligent choice.

Food is good, the young man that was serving at the counter although nice enough, almost give me the wrong order even though the was only myself and one other person in the restaurant at the time. But good catfish. Peach cobbler a little runny.
