Oakland Grill

The food and service were excellent. All staff were very friendly, and extremely accommodating, and the portion sizes were huge. I would definitely visit the Oakland Grill again when I am in the area.

While the restaurant had plenty of space they literally asked me to wait for a table by stepping out into the rain. I was very surprised as they have always been very good, I recommend avoiding this place during inclement weather or if you need any accommodations. They are often busy, but have fast service and reasonable waits everytime I've been there. Yummy food, reasonable prices and good service once you're seated.

This is the go to breakfast/lunch place in Jack London. The Eggs Benedict (any style) is always perfect. They offer a great omelet selection. My friends and I have only had terrific food experiences and wait staff is awesome.

Great place for breakfast. You won't be alone coming here, rush wait times can be 30 minutes or more - but it's worth that wait.

The feel is different from your typical breakfast place. It's housed in an older harbor-side industrial building which they have converted into a restaurant, accenting some of the function-first appearance of the area while making it warmer for enjoying a lively conversation over breakfast.

An Oakland institution with a typical but solid breakfast menu. What it lacks in high cuisine it makes up for in dramatic decor that includes huge glass walls that open up when the weather is nice. Always lively atmosphere.
