Absolutely fantastic food and wait staff! We pretty much closed the place down because we were having so much fun talking to everyone. Even more important the food was phenomenal — we had amazing fried olives (don’t knock it until you try it — it was actually our favorite dish!), steak tartar, scallop, a soup, gnocchi, and rolls. The wine list was phenomenal as well — you can’t go wrong with the glasses or the bottles.

This used to be Oliveto which was a lovely place. I have eaten here 4-5 times over 6-8 months now. I have a few thoughts: 1) service is slow. Some orders have taken 40-50 min to show up while it wasn’t that crowded. 2) the food is super hit and miss. Roles great, but for every very good -solid dishes there are one or two complete failures (awful chicken swimming in something that even the staff said was “eh”). 3) a recent evening I watched 4 “servers” just standing around for the first 25 minutes I was there three of them looked at me like “hey we should help that guy” I guess I was I in the bar area so maybe that makes sense?? Honestly it’s just unprofessional. Anyway. Hard to love, sort of like some of it. So barely 3 stars and I feel like that’s a stretch.

We used to be regulars at Oliveto’s and got tired of their inconsistent food and service. I’ve been meaning to try Acre that take the spot of olivetos. I was expecting less but was so pleased how good it was. We went at 3 pm on a Sunday so the menu was limited to Bar items only. The French fries were excellent with the special ketchup and aioli sauce. I ordered the square focaccia tomato medley pizza with purple basil and my partner got the potato fontina round pizza. Both are really good. The service was attentive and not rushed. I’m so happy that this place is here. Can’t wait to try the restaurant upstairs.

I've been to Acre twice since it's opened and it's exceeded my expectations on both occasions. Bluntly, I didn't expect much from this restaurant, but between the lunch time pizza & a 5-person birthday meal, Acre delivered an exceptional meal, great service, and beautiful, slow-paced atmosphere.

For the birthday dinner, we ordered nearly every entree - steak, chicken x2, branzino, and maitake mushrooms. To share, we ordered the pasta, La Vaca Verde pizza, and some fries. Although every bite was delicious, the pasta, pizza, and mushrooms were by far my favorite part of the meal. I can't wait to go back and try the other items on their rotating seasonal menu.

This new restaurant exceeded our expectations very well. Service was very friendly and the ambiance was beautiful. We liked all the decoration and details.
We started our dinner with hummus and burrata. The hummus was served in a good size bowl with a special yogurt pita which is a unique style of Mediterranean special. As a person from Mediterranean it was great seeing a Chef decided to serve the hummus with unique flat bread instead of ‘regular pita’. It has more flavor and homemade. Well done!!
We continued our dinner with steak tartare which is delicious and very fresh. Again, chef decided to serve it on pull man bread instead of chips which is more healthy and delicious way! Our entrees were ribeye and risotto. The ribeye cooking temp was correct and the risotto was very tasty with kumquat. They have a very nice bar if you want to sit and a good selection of drinks also with nonalcoholic cocktails. We gonna come back again!
