you can text the restaurant and chat with someone directly in case you have questions - which i did. we asked for a customization that we didn't see on the website, they honored it, and when we messed up the instructions they told us to put on the online order, they still honored it! they rule, and made it easy for us.

10/10 food - i get the Korean chicken bowl, so good, perfect level of spice, and the pineapple is awesome. also had the avocado bulgogi and it's spectacular.

they also have good deals, you can sign up for rewards, etc. definitely becoming a regular spot for us!

10/10 overall!

decent, never buy moonbowls full price- they always have some sort of bogo deal you can (and should!) use

Edit: customer service reached out after my order and I was given partial refund as well as a $10 to try again. So I’m adding one star to the original two-star review, for good customer service.

Was really excited to try this place… but man what a disappointment. The rice is rock hard (so definitely was cooked a few days ago), there are exactly *3* pieces of arugula, and 2 pieces of thin cucumber. The the chicken was dry. The only thing that’s generously portioned in my dish was sauce.. sigh.
