“Still the best hoagie shop in Oakland. Open every day except Sundays. There's always plenty of parking even though it's in the same parking lot as a gas station. It's right on and off the freeway so it's really easy to find. The chicken Hoagie is the bomb. Same people have been there for years. “They are always willing to wait on me and my children while we figure out what jellies to add to our drinks and are always willing to let you taste test to see if you like the jelly before adding it, we have more than once. It's refreshing and can become busy but they usually are fast making the orders and getting the store cleared fast. My girls always ask to come here. Parking can be crazy though as there's no parking spaces just street parking if you can find.”
