    This location is great, the ice is great, the cluster great, but have to admit customer service needs help.

    This is the only place in the local area that I know of that offers Frozen Custard. They offer it in a soft serve or in a more traditional ice cream scoop format. And the staff is always friendly

    Amazing Italian ice and custard. The only "complaints" I can see is that they sometimes run out of flavors that I want when I get there (usually the ice flavors), and that the line sometimes can be long. However, their employees are excellent and quick, and the flavor / texture of the ice / custard is well beyond excellent!

    Blendini. Vanilla custard blended with your choice of italian ice, and toppings if you'd like. I love this with mango, or anything similar to it, with strawberry for my topping. The best. My favorite. Love this place and I cannot wait until the San Ramon location opens so that I have a Rita's right down the street!
