I went this place by accident and I loved it. My friend and I went here just before they got crowded. We ordered fried wontons with crab meat and cream cheese filling (forgot the name of it) as appetizer and pad thai and pineapple fried rice as main. First of all, the food was great. I can say that was one of my best pad thai ever. Noodle was soft but tender enough, sauce was just right. Fried rice was based on curry flavor and also very yummy!! Fried wonton was good too. The filling was overflowing omg. The portion was a lot too. We could not finish whole thing and had to box the rice Finally the staffs were so kind. All of them had amazing smile. I definitely recommend this place after shopping at outlet.
Very good food. Love it. We will be again.
Offers wide variety of Malaysian and Thailand food. The taste was OK. I came with a family and ordered the rice noodle (forget which style), curry, fried rice, and tom yum. The curry was not very great. The fried rice was decent. Tom yum was fine although the soup was light (make it denser next time, I could barely taste the sourness). The rice noodle was surprisingly fine. Overall, by taking the price into consideration, I can only give this place 4 out of 5.
The service food and Malysia mixed with real Thai and a infamous past from Berkeley.
You can't go wrong, x7 days a week. Just ask "O". Educated Thai folk going from PhD to full blown serving you real food, they go often back to Bangkok. Thai has ties here.
My fave, her sister's version of the milder Peanut Sauce, I use on every dish. Very, very good. Prices can get up there when you add seafood, but most other competition too.
Lunch and dinner in the new Pacific Pearl. Note , they were one of the first cafes to open! Before 99Ranch. You'll see for yourself, they try to greet you ASAP after the open sign comes on. Like all other Thai culture it is closed for the workers break before dinner service. Try the Pineapple Fried Rice with curry and cashews YUM!
This place was very clean and tidy. I did not have to be seated. Their service was fast and the servers were very nice. It was very convenient that it was close to the outlet. I would enjoy coming back.
