Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Great food, good service and unlimited fries!!! Overall will come back and try different items. Prices are reasonable and affordable.

We always seem to enjoy our visits to Red Robin. The food, drinks, and service and this location are consistently solid, even when it’s a little bit on the busier side. Restaurant is well kept.

I’m a fan of the self seating aspect in the bar area. Definitely where we tend to sit when we don’t have the lil ones.

I am giving Red Robin 5 stars for this location because like all the others, the burgers are simply fantastic. However, I will say that on this particular visit, we had a waiter in training who is still in dire need of more training. He had to come back one time after the order to confirm what he wrote down, one of our meals was the wrong one, we never had silverware or napkins, and we had to ask for drink refills multiple times. I hope the new recruit is able to learn his job quickly or he won't last long.

The last few times we have been here it seems like the quality has gone down a little both in service and food quality. It's not to the point of terrible but it's not great either.

We have been here a number of times and usually have a good experience. Their menu is mostly about the burgers and fries but they have a few other things as well. If you are in the mood for a burger however this is a great place to be and they have a pretty wide selection of burger choices. Some of them are pretty unique and they are all fancy. The one I had last night had candied bacon on it. You heard me right. Not just bacon... Candied bacon. I also quite enjoyed my booze shakes. They have a number of shakes infused with alcohol. Winning. We sat at the bar and had a great bartender who was attentive and enthusiastic. Unlimited steak fries is neat but it definitely means you walk out uncomfortably full.

Consistent good food & service.
Red Robin is just a great go-to, especially if you have kids. It's not over-the-top crazy with kids but it's a nice relaxing atmosphere that isn't stuffy. There is a bar area for adults only, so that is nice if you would rather watch the TV and not be in the family environment. They also have a patio that is open when the weather is warm, which I've eaten in once.
I was happy our service was still timely despite being outside the restaurant. The food is consistently good as is the service. Not too greasy, but still feels like comfort food. All-you-can-eat fries is an awesome feature. These days Red Robin has a "gourmet" burger section that has really good flavors. The price matches the name as far as burgers go, but if you take advantage of the bottomless fries then you get more of you money's worth. Haven't had a bad experience yet.
