Hap's Original Steaks & Seafood

Best steak I have ever eaten. I had the boneless fillet mignon and it was cooked perfectly. This is a higher price place, but the quality of food was incredible.

The price does not match the quality. Calamari was rubber. Steaks were decent but priced to be amazing. Definitely not amazing.

Awesome place! Pricey but worth it. Service is excellent and food is wonderful! High end atmosphere. Kid friendly but get a sitter and have a date night or great group outing. Lamb is excellent and the deserts are exquisite!

Do not order the oysters without checking what they are serving. If they come out and are "dime" sized, and dry, send them back. I think they were Kumamotos, which are generally smaller, but these were ridiculous, especially for the price. It wouldn't be so bad except they were not fresh. A fresh and properly shucked oyster should be plump and juicy with brine in the shell. They were not. Maybe the person who shucked them doesn't know that. However, the Prawn cocktail was excellent!!! Jumbo, U15, were fresh and delicious. Get it for sure!! I only sat at the bar and had those two items so I can't speak to the rest of the menu. Service was great!! And the atmosphere is nice. The bar was filled with men, and one guy was speaking very loud and using the f word frequently. I think it is a hangout for old money. I would recommend trying it.

We had an enjoyable evening while dining at Hap's. The staff was terrific. Our server offered very attentive service with style and charm. Our meals were excellent, several of us had steaks or prime rib & others had scampi & baby back ribs. The individual meals were large enough for two servings. The desserts were also delicious & easily accommodated two people. In summation I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant as a nice upscale place for fine dining.
