The Cheesecake Factory

Another good meal here. An extensive menu although I wish they did some mixed seafood. Service was a little slow, but we were a big group (waitress took the entire order rather than get the drinks flowing first). Cheesecake was great of course!

We had a great time tonight, we got seated right away. Kevin our server greeted us with a smile and joy. He was very charming and helped me navigate the menu, due to my seafood allergy. Thanks Kevin for great service!

I really enjoy the Cheesecake Factory. This location is too small, though. Every time we have come here, there is a long wait. In the Summer, when the patio is available, we arrived around 5:00, with a half hour wait. This Winter, we haven't sat through the wait until we finally decided to wait this time. We arrived at 5:56. The wait was 65-85 minutes. We went next door to the Counter for a drink & an appetizer. We came back & we were seated almost 7:30. The food was great. The server was great. The food took awhile to arrive. One of the managers (I assume) told us that they were running behind, though. We enjoyed ourselves.

Yeah, the great cheesecake ever. Great American diner for burgers and salads with huge portions, but the other foods listed on the menu card are also great! Lovely ambience of this great restaurant located in Mall. I think you’re also paying for the ambiance but I wouldn’t mind because the staffs are always friendly and attentive. But when this restaurant gets full, the staffs are stressed out they can’t smile anymore and the restaurant is always noisy. Parking lots are always full on weekends and high season and this restaurant gets always full, you got to have patience to wait for more than 30 mins. I wouldn’t mind coming back here for the cheesecake no matter what, it’s always worth the time and effort.

It's very friendly, u can dine in or out on the patio. The waitress was good an attentive. It was my BIRTHDAY, I was serenaded with the happy birthday song, cheesecake and ice cream, the thing I didn't care for, the ice cream was melting. The food was delicious, the chicken was very delicious not dry it was nice and hot with heat, the pasta was not hot like it should have been, has to send it back which I hated to do, sending food back to the kitchen is not my thing. Other than that I enjoyed my lunch.
